15 www.loubar.org January 2025 Members on the move In Memoriam Francis Larkin Fore, Sr., a loving husband, beloved father, dedicated at- torney and avid outdoorsman, passed away peacefully on November 7, 2024. He was the devoted husband of Connie Fore, with whom he shared 19 years of love and partnership. Larkin was an extremely talented and well-respected lawyer for 50 years. In addition to represent- ing many corporations and high-profile individuals, he was devoted to many causes, including advocating for minorities, disabled individuals and the deserving soul who just needed some help. Larkin never retired, asking why would he retire when “every day is a holiday” when you love what you do. He truly loved practicing law and representing his clients, who became lifelong friends. Larkin found great pleasure in hunting and fishing, although he was admittedly far more interested in preparing the meals and sharing camaraderie than he was in seeking out the wildlife. Larkin’s wit, devotion and counsel will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. He leaves a legacy of love, loyalty and laughter, and his memory will live on in the hearts of those he touched. n Ramsey Barrow Brown Carrington is pleased to announce that Troy DeMuth has joined the firm as a partner, bringing 28 years of experience in family law.
